Back Forty

.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Maple Syrup
.5 oz Nostalgia
2 oz George Dickel Rye Whiskey
2
3 dashes of Orange Bitters

Shake with ice, strain, and pour over crushed ice. Like your hopes and dreams.

Winona from Tanner Smith’s 3

2 oz. Old Forester bourbon
.5 oz. Maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Angostura orange bitters

Smoke with hickory in a small, sealable carafe. To cloud your mind.

Amaretto Sour

1.5 oz amaretto
.75 oz cask strength bourbon (or 1.5 oz bourbon)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. 2:1 simple syrup
.5 oz egg white

Instructions:
Dry shake all ingredients briefly.
Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
Double strain over ice into a chilled old fashioned glass.
Garnish with a large lemon peel and cherry.

Banana Old Fashioned

2 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Banana liqueur
0.25 oz Fernet Branca
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon zest

Stir with ice, strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Shirley Temple of Doom

Ice
Cherries. Lots of cherries.
5 oz ginger ale
A heavy pour of Maker's Mark

Pisco Sour

2 oz Pisco
1 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white

Dry shake, shake with ice, strain, top with 3 drops of angostura bitters.

Chuflay

2 oz Singani 63
4 oz Ginger Beer
Lime slices

Add large ice to collins glass. Add 2-3 thin lime slices. Pour Singani and Ginger Beer. Enjoy.

2 oz Applejack brandy
1 oz sweet vermouth
3 drops of vanilla
1 shake of ground/powdered cinnamon 4

Stir over ice for ~45 seconds, strain and serve

Orange Twist

Stir over ice, strain into chilled glass, express orange oils & discard peel, serve.

The Dublin Minstrel

1 oz Irish Whiskey
2/3 oz Luxardo Maraschino
2/3 oz Green Chartruese
2/3 oz Lime Juice

Shake and serve up.
